A line of silicone-free vacuum suction cups that are heat-resistant, non-marking, and long-wearing for handling molded plastic parts and others that may require painting is available from ANVER Corp. of Hudson, Massachusetts.

ANVER Nomathane™ Vacuum Cups are made from a proprietary hybrid material that was developed for use on end-of arm tooling in the plastics injection molding industry because they are non-marking and long-wearing. Ideal for handling parts that will be painted, these suction cups can operate at up
to 356°F, are silicone-free, extremely pliable, and wear-resistant.

Available in standard 1/8” to 2” O.D. sizes, in flat, single, and multi-bellows shapes, ANVER Nomathane™ Vacuum Cups can be supplied in custom sizes up to 5” O.D. Designed to enhance system uptime, these medium durometer (50) suction cups will outlast EPDM, NBR, neoprene, nitrile, silicone, TPU polyurethane, and vinyl, in many applications.
