A line of micro-miniature venturi vacuum pumps, suspensions, and vacuum cups for fast attach-and-release EOAT (end-of-arm-tooling) in automation systems is available from ANVER Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts. ANVER JV Series Venturi Vacuum Pumps, Suspensions, and cups are ideal for EOAT because they are lightweight and can be located close to the pick-up point to provide milli-second attach-and-release. Suitable for virtually all automation equipment, the pumps can be positioned close together, suspensions are offered in many sizes and fittings, and the suction cups come in a variety of materials including ESD-safe NomaStat™. Designed for use in a wide range of small automation and handling processes, ANVER JV Series Venturi Vacuum Pumps feature thermoplastic construction, weigh only 16 grams, measure 1” x 1.69”, and can achieve 24”Hg vacuum with either .050 or 0.74 SCFM flow rates, depending upon model. Suction cups for small robotic EOAT systems are offered in 3 to 8 mm O.D. sizes in 0.5 mm increments and are offered in flat or bellows styles. |
