A new vacuum lifter that lets one person pick up compact, heavy loads from the top and side and then “up-end” them for insertion into a panel, shelf, or assembly is being introduced by ANVER Corp. of Hudson, Massachusetts. The ANVER VB Vacuum Lifter/Rotator is an ergonomic lifter that features a top- and side-grip vacuum head, with a side pivot point, which lets one operator pick up a compact, heavy load and rotate it 90°. Equipped with fully integrated fingertip controls right on the handlebar, a vacuum gauge, quick-release, and a check valve, this hoist-based lifter will not drift. Suitable for small, heavy loads, such as sealed batteries and capacitors, the ANVER VB Vacuum Lifter/Rotator is available in capacities up to 500 lbs. (227 kg). Powered by a remote vacuum station, it has a lightweight aluminum and steel frame assembly and eliminates the need for two people to handle these types of loads, along with bending, stretching and the potential back injuries. |
