ANVER 90 Degree Tilt Adapter for Vacuum Tube Lifting Systems

 90° Tilter Adapter - Below the Head Type
ANVER Vacuum Tube Lifters can be equipped with a variety of adapters to make your lifting jobs as simple as possible. These 90° Tilter Adapters allow the operator to transfer loads easily between the horizontal and vertical position. This sturdy stainless steel assembly connects the bottom of the lifting head to the top of the pad attachment for greater control of the load.

Features:

  • Indexing Plunger holds the pad in place for vertical attachment.

  • Flexible Vacuum Hose and two sealing gaskets provide airtight connection.

  • Rugged Stainless Steel construction.

  • Industry-standard hole pattern mounts to almost any pad or lift head.

90° Tilter Adapter
Above the Head Type

90° Tilter Adapters are also available for installation above the Tube Lifting Head. Similar to our 90° Below the Head tilter adapters, these assemblies provide greater control of the load by tilting the entire control head instead of just the vacuum pad. Rugged Steel construction and Airtight Operation provide years of reliable service.

Features:

  • Welded Steel Brackets provide a sturdy connection of the Lift Head and Tube.

  • Smooth operation for easy manipulation of the load.
  • Dual Sealing Gaskets and heavy-duty connection hose ensure an airtight seal.
  • Above the Head Tilters must be ordered by Tube Size.
